Savvy Terms of Use

1. About these Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Savvy, including the Savvy web app at savvy.aculogic-solutions.com, Savvy Learn, and any related websites, features and services (together, the "Service").

The Service is operated by Aculogic Solutions Pte. Ltd., a company incorporated in Singapore (UEN: 202621693W) ("Aculogic", "we", "us" or "our").

By creating an account, ticking the acceptance box at sign-up, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of a company or other organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these Terms for it.

2. The Service and no financial advice

Savvy is a trading journal, analytics and education platform for options and stock traders. Features may include trade tracking and journaling, Quick Capture (reading trade screenshots with AI), broker CSV import, the Savvy AI Screener, Ripples™ sentiment and gamma wall (GEX) tools, market data, and Savvy Learn courses. Features vary by plan and may change over time.

Savvy is not financial advice. All content, analytics, AI outputs, market data, courses, coaching and other material in the Service are for general information and education only. Nothing in the Service is a recommendation or offer to buy, sell or hold any security, option or other financial product, and it does not take into account your objectives, financial situation or needs.

• Aculogic is not a licensed financial adviser, broker or holder of a capital markets services licence, and does not provide regulated financial advisory services in Singapore or elsewhere.
• Trading options and other securities involves significant risk, including the loss of more than your initial investment. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
• You are solely responsible for your trading and investment decisions. Consider seeking advice from a licensed financial adviser before acting.

We do not execute trades, hold your money, or connect to your brokerage account to place orders.

3. Your account and acceptable use

You must give accurate information when you sign up and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly at help@aculogic-solutions.com if you suspect unauthorised use.

Accounts are personal. You may not share, sell or transfer your account, or let others use your subscription.

You agree not to:

• use the Service for anything unlawful, fraudulent or misleading;
• copy, resell, redistribute or publicly share Service content, market data, analytics, AI outputs or Savvy Learn materials, except for your own personal use;
• scrape, crawl or use automated means to access the Service, except through any API we provide on your plan and within its limits;
• reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to access the source code of the Service;
• interfere with, overload or try to bypass security, usage limits or plan restrictions;
• upload malware, or content that infringes others' rights or is abusive or offensive.

4. Plans, payments and refunds

Savvy offers a free plan and paid plans. Current prices and features are shown on our pricing page and at checkout. Prices are in US dollars unless stated otherwise and may include or exclude taxes as shown at checkout.

Payments. Payments are processed by Stripe. By paying, you also agree to Stripe's terms. We do not store your full card details.

Subscriptions. Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period, at the then-current price, until you cancel. We will give you reasonable notice before any price increase takes effect for your subscription.

Cancellation. You can cancel at any time in your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep paid features until then. Your account then moves to the free plan.

Refunds. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and we do not refund partial billing periods. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days at help@aculogic-solutions.com.

Promotions and trials. Promotional codes and trials are subject to the terms shown when offered. When a trial ends without a paid subscription, your account returns to the free plan.

Savvy Mentored and fixed-term programmes. Fixed-term programmes are paid upfront for a set access period (for example, 24 months). If you upgrade from a subscription, your existing subscription is cancelled when the programme starts. Any additional programme terms provided to you at purchase also apply.

Failed payments. If a payment fails, we may suspend paid features or move your account to the free plan until payment is made.

5. Your content, AI features and third-party services

Your content. You own the trades, notes, screenshots, files and other data you put into Savvy ("Your Content"). You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, store, process and display Your Content only as needed to provide, secure and improve the Service. You confirm you have the right to upload it.

AI features. Some features, such as Quick Capture and the Savvy AI Screener, use third-party AI models to process what you submit. AI outputs can be incomplete or wrong. Always check extracted trade details and AI results before relying on them. AI outputs are not financial advice.

Market data. Prices, sentiment, gamma exposure and other market data come from third-party sources. They may be delayed, inaccurate or unavailable, and are provided "as is" for information only.

Third-party services. The Service relies on and may link to third-party services, such as payment processors, sign-in providers, hosting providers and brokers whose files you import. We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms.

6. Intellectual property, disclaimers and liability

Our intellectual property. The Service, including its software, design, Savvy Learn content, Ripples™ and other trademarks, belongs to Aculogic or its licensors. We give you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the Service under these Terms. All other rights are reserved.

Feedback. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them freely without obligation to you.

Disclaimer. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind, including about accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose or trading results. We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that data will never be lost. Keep your own records of important information.

Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• we are not liable for any trading or investment losses, lost profits, lost data, or indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service;
• our total liability for all claims relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose and S$100.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Indemnity. You agree to indemnify Aculogic against claims, losses and costs arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Service.

7. Termination, changes and general terms

Ending your account. You can stop using Savvy and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close your account if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service or other users. Where reasonable, we will tell you first. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including 2, 5, 6 and 7) continue to apply.

Changes to the Service. We may add, change or remove features, and may discontinue the Service with reasonable notice.

Changes to these Terms. We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version with a new "Last updated" date and, for material changes, notify you by email or in the app. If you keep using the Service after changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms. We may ask you to accept them again in the app.

Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. The courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

General. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms; we may transfer ours as part of a reorganisation or sale of our business. A person who is not a party to these Terms has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce them.
