1. Who we are
This Privacy Policy explains how Aculogic Solutions Pte. Ltd. (UEN: 202621693W) ("Aculogic", "we", "us") collects, uses, discloses and protects your personal data when you use Savvy, including savvy.aculogic-solutions.com, Savvy Learn and our website (together, the "Service").
We handle personal data in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA). By using the Service, you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal data as described here.

2. Personal data we collect

We do not collect your brokerage passwords, and we do not receive your full card number. Broker CSV files can contain account numbers; you may remove them before uploading.
3. How we use your data
We use your personal data to:
- create and manage your account, and sign you in (including single sign-on between Savvy and Savvy Learn);
- provide the Service, including storing your journal, running analytics, and processing screenshots, CSV imports and AI queries;
- process payments, manage subscriptions and apply plan limits;
- send service messages, such as receipts, security alerts and changes to our terms;
- provide support and respond to your requests;
- monitor, secure and improve the Service, fix bugs and prevent fraud or abuse;
- comply with law, accounting and tax obligations, and enforce our Terms of Use.
Marketing. We send marketing emails only if you opt in, and you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in each email.
No sale of data. We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your trading data or uploads to train our own or third-party AI models.
4. Who we share data with
We share personal data only with service providers that help us run Savvy, under contracts that require them to protect it and use it only for our purposes.

We may also disclose personal data:
- if required by law, court order or a government authority;
- to protect the rights, safety or property of Aculogic, our users or others;
- to a buyer or successor if our business is reorganised, merged or sold, subject to this Policy;
- with your consent, for example to a coaching partner when you join Savvy Mentored.
5. Overseas transfers, security and retention
Overseas transfers. Our service providers store and process data outside Singapore, mainly in the United States. When we transfer personal data overseas, we take steps to ensure it receives protection comparable to the PDPA, such as contractual safeguards with our providers.
Security. We use reasonable security measures, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, and the security features of our hosting and payment providers. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a data breach is likely to cause you significant harm, we will notify you and the Personal Data Protection Commission as required by the PDPA.
Retention. We keep your data while your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymise your personal data within 90 days, except where we must keep it longer for legal, tax or accounting purposes (for example, billing records for up to 5 years), or to resolve disputes. Backups are overwritten on a rolling basis.
6. Your rights and other information
Your rights. Under the PDPA, you can ask to:
- access the personal data we hold about you and how it has been used or disclosed in the past year;
- correct personal data that is inaccurate or incomplete;
- withdraw consent to our use of your data (this may mean we can no longer provide the Service);
- delete your account and data.
You can update most account details and delete your account in the app. For other requests, email our Data Protection Officer. We will respond within 30 days and may need to verify your identity. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Personal Data Protection Commission of Singapore.
Cookies. We use essential cookies and similar storage to keep you signed in and the Service working. Our website may use analytics cookies to understand visits; you can control cookies through your browser settings.
Children. The Service is for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us data, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes. We may update this Policy and will post the new version with a new "Last updated" date. For material changes, we will notify you by email or in the app.
